A case of congenital leukemia cutis in a female child startling at birth and manifesting as erythematous papules and nodules all over the body, along with hepato-splenomegaly and terminating fatally is reported. This is an extremely rare disease.

A case of incontinentia pigmenti achromians is reported in a 20-year-old female. She had associated hyperkeratosis palmaris et plantaris and a high arched palate. Spontaneous repigmentation developed in some patches after the age of 12 years. Differentiating features of the dermatosis from classical incontinentia pigmenti, achromic nevus, piebaldism and vitiligo are briefly discussed.

A case of lichen planus-like eruption following PUVASOL therapy is presented. The eruption could not be reproduced by patch test, photopatch test and clinical challenge with 8-methoxypsoralen given orally.

This report descsribes two cases of gonnorrhoea from whom Blactamase producing gonococci were cultured.

The short and long term results with two multidrug regimens were compared in 40 untreated lepromatous, case. The drug combination investigated were (a) rifampicin, clofazimine and DDS and (b) rifampicin, prothionamide INH and DDS. There was good improvement in patients in both the groups, but no additional benefit was obtained in t he form of (1) quickly reaching the point of no infectivity (when compared with the trials involving use of rifampicin alone) and (2) the frequency of persistors at the end of two years. No serious side effects were encountered.

Clinico-pathological features of seven patients of subcutaneous phycomycosis are described .The, ages of the patients ranged from 1 1/2 years to 6 years. Four patients were males and females.. The sites of involvement included leg, thigh, buttock, shoulder, upper arm, thorax and abdominal wall. Three patients had itching in the lesions and three patients were having fever. In five patients fungal elements were demonstrated on histopathological examination. The causative fungu, - Basidiobolus haptosporus was grown from four patients. All the seven patients responded to potassium iodide therapy.

Fifty patients with non-specific urethritis were treated with demeclocycline hydrochiloride in doses of 600 mg and 900 mg respectively per day for three weeks. The cure rates obtained were 90% and 88% respectively. The side effects included stoeaatitis one; nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea in 5; and phototbyicity in two cases.

The epidemiological and clinical profile of 159 patients having non-specific iiretbritis is repoed. The majority (67.39o) of patients were unm and most (70.4%) of the we m re in the age group of 21-30 years. The incubation period in the majority (69.2%) of patients was 1-4 weeks. Almost all the (98.1%) patients complained of dysuria but urethral discharge was seen only in 48.4% of patients. Out of tetracycline's doxycline, erythromycin and cotrimoxazole tried in this study, tetracycline's in the dosage of 2 gm/day for 3 weeks was found to give the best (90.5%)'cure rate.

Two young males having multiple kunckle pads are reported. They had no other associated fibrodysplasias or 'defects. In one case even the thumb was affected.
