IADVL E-VOTING

On behalf of IADVL-EC 2015, we once gain appeal to you to register yourself for e-voting if you haven′t done so far.

Kindly follow the steps as under:

Below are detailed instructions of the steps required to participate in the e-voting of future Elections of IADVL.

Members who have already registered NEED NOT register again

The steps below are only for members who have NEVER registered for e-voting (first time e-voters only)

As the first step towards this, we request you to provide us personal information.

• Your Name: As it is registered as IADVL Member
• IADVL Life Membership number: LM/M/777(This format)
• Date of Birth: In the format like 25-Dec-1970
• Your Active Email id: Please provide us an email id that you (and only you) regularly access and it should be active email id.

This information should be sent to: iadvlelections@gmail.com

With a cc to: helpline.evoting@gmail.com

After you have sent us this information, we will enter it in the e-voting database and we will send you an email requesting you to register yourself for e-voting at www.iadvlelections.net

Please wait to receive an email from us asking you to register.

Please note that any attempts to register before receiving the email will not be successful.

While registering, you will be asked to enter your IADVL Registration No., Your Date of Birth.

If this information matches with the one you had provided earlier, you will be sent a user name and password that you can use to cast your vote.

This step will register you as an eligible e-voter.

Once you are registered as "e-voter" you will not be sent the paper ballot, only E-Voting can be done by you.

Before that please remember to send in your information to us so that we can enter it in our database.
