A 30-year-old man presented with multiple nodules on the frontal region of scalp. Nodules varied from 2 to 4 cms in size, firm in consistency, not mobile, not tender. Oral mucous membrane and genitalia were normal. Systemic examination did not reveal any abnormality. He was provisionally diagnosed as a case of pilomatrixoma. However biopsy revealed the diagnosis of diffuse neurofibroma.
