A 55 years, male farmer had recurrent ulcers in the mouth and on the skin of scrotum and penis for the last 5 years. Since the same duration he had been having transitory attacks of nodular eruptions thighs. With each such attack he had mild to moderate degree of fever and joint pains. On occasions he developed pustular lesions on the skin particularly over the traumatic or injection sites. Examination of the eyes revealed, nebular opacities in cornea of both sides, fine pigmentation at lower half of both the cornea and optic atrophy more marked on the right than the left side. Vision was 6/60 in the right eye and 6/19 in the left eye. Field of vision was reduced on both sides.
